2. Eat High Vibration Foods
Processed foods or foods that have been chemically altered or contain additives are low energy foods.
High energy foods are raw and fresh so make sure to eat vegetables, fruits, nuts and herbs.
3. Practice Gratitude
When you’re grateful for what you have, your vibration is high. You’re happy and thankful and focusing on what’s good in your life.
A great habit to get into is to take just a few moments to write down or say aloud 3-5 things that you’re grateful for. They could be simple things like the sunshine or the fresh air. You could be thankful for your health or your family.
4. Drink More Water
Water helps you body flush out any toxins and keeps your body functioning.
5. Random Acts of Kindness
When you’re helping someone or giving your time and energy to someone else, you’ll naturally feel better and your vibration will shift.
Not only that, but you might encourage someone else around you to keep the kindness going and do their own random act of kindness.
6. Think Positively
Try and reduce the amount of negative thoughts you have. If you notice yourself thinking or saying something negative, try and find something positive to say about the situation.
